Do I need to be home?
Not for yard work. Leave the gate unlocked and the dog inside. For work inside the house, someone needs to be there.
What happens to clippings and leaves?
Grass clippings get mulched back into the lawn unless you'd like them bagged. Leaves and yard waste get bagged and hauled away.

TV mounting

Flat-panel TVs mounted on drywall, with the cords managed so the wall looks clean when I leave.

How do you hide the cords?
Two options. For no visible wires at all, I install an in-wall rated TV power and cable kit: a recessed outlet behind the TV and a second plate down by your existing outlet, joined by in-wall rated cable inside the wall. The kit plugs into your existing outlet, and HDMI and other cables run through the same opening. For a quicker, lower-cost fix, a paintable cord cover runs down the wall to the outlet.
Why use an in-wall rated kit?
Ordinary power cords and extension cords aren't made to run inside a wall. In-wall rated kits are built and rated for it, so the wires are hidden the safe way.
Do I need to buy the mount myself?
Either way works. Have one on hand before the visit, or I can buy it for you at the receipt price. Not sure which one fits? Send me your TV's model number.
Can you mount over a fireplace or on brick?
Send a photo of the wall first. Brick, stone, and above-fireplace installs are quoted case by case.
